Who We Are
Simple Office Services Inc. is a women-led bookkeeping company whose mission is to offer very-small to medium-sized organizations the highest level of quality in bookkeeping and financial project management. Libby Hanna founded SOS LLC in 2006 after decades of experience as a software quality assurance engineer, manager and director, technical recruiter, parent, and community volunteer. In 2019 she expanded SOS's offerings to include tax preparation services and maintains Annual Filing Season Preparer status with the IRS. Her daughter Caroline joined Libby in the business in 2020. Since then, our growth has been explosive, fueled by the success of our own clients, of which we feel a part, and the honor they pay us in their referrals to their friends and associates. We are now a team of five and incorporated as Simple Office Services Inc. Our company philosophy is centered on high-caliber professionals providing top-notch service to our clients, with continuity, resiliency and accountability baked into our systems. We welcome the opportunity to describe what we can do for you.
